Welcome Home... I'm an educator and owner of a beautiful, first-floor, two bedroom, two bathroom, fully furnished, corner-unit condo in San Diego. I rent my place out to guests from time to time. The condo is located in the University Heights neighborhood at the border of North Park just down the road from Hillcrest, which was once claimed to be the safest community in San Diego County. Located just minutes from Downtown, Balboa Park, the San Diego Zoo, Airport, and the beach, the condo is also not too far from UCSD, SDSU, and USD. Special bonus: at the Lafayette Hotel next door, you are welcome to use their heated pool and jacuzzi free of charge.
