Housing Agreement

Upon receiving your verbal commitment, a housing agreement will be developed stating expectations (move-in / move-out dates, condition of the condo before move-in and after move-out, and the fully-refundable security deposit).

Staying long-term? For those guests staying six months or longer, a formal lease agreement would be created.
