Terms

* No application fee required (saving you $42.00 per adult).

* No credit check required (a security deposit and rent up front for short-term stays will suffice) for six-month agreements or less.

* First & Last month's payment due upon move-in for stays longer than one month.

* Fully-Refundable Security Deposit: equivalent to either one-half or one-full month's rent. Reasonable "wear and tear" is acceptable.

* No cleaning fee is required if the unit is left in the identical, clean condition as it was upon move-in upon vacating it.
